Chesapeake Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Packaging has entered an agreement to acquire Cortegra Group, Inc. from Menasha Corp. Cortegra produces pharmaceutical leaflets and labels and has two production facilities dedicated to the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector.
